Sunshine and light offers yoga classes in Houghon on the hill, Leicester and chair yoga classes, one to one yoga classes and online yoga classes. Open to all levels including beginners.
We also facilitate sound baths in Tilton on the hill, Leicester, and Oakham, as well as providing yoga classes, sound baths and meditation and mindfulness classes for companies, schools, colleges. We also run yoga retreats incorporating sound. in Leicester and Leicestershire. Angelic Reiki and private Sound Baths are also available at our dedicated studio in Leicester.
