Online Yoga Nidra weekly class, providing guided relaxation for adults and teens.
All welcome including new students, adults and teens. Half an hour of complete guided yoga nidra relaxation. Perfect to de-stress and unwind and to do something great for your mental health and well-being. Why not give yourself some quality relaxation time? Classes are pre-recorded and 30 minutes long and cost £5 per class or £16 for four classes. Accessible at any time at your convenience.
Yoga nidra (also known as yogic sleep) is a wonderful technique for relaxing the body and the mind. Yoga nidra can be as restful and restorative as sleep, where we we learn to be between the states of wakefulness and sleep whilst remaining fully conscious. Yoga Nidra takes us into a state of harmony and restfulness. From here, we can experience healing, restore ourselves and awaken to our deep self. Giving your mind and body an extra window of deep relaxation enables us to enjoy a greater sense of well-being!
Each week I will be guiding a different style of yoga nidra, in order for participants to experience a variety of relaxation styles.
