I provide one to one sound healing in Leicester in my dedicated studio in Houghton on the Hill Leicester. Sound healing is an ancient art used for thousands of years for calming and tuning the mind while re-balancing the body by releasing tension and subtle energetic blockages. A sound healing one to one healing session is a deeply relaxing and simple yet profound way to connect with the centre of your being. I will use a variety of instruments, including the singing bowl with its beautiful vibrations on the body to clear energy blockages and bring you back into a state of balance. I will also use crystal singing bowls, gongs, drum, rainstick, hand pan, sansula, Koshi bells and other instruments to bath you in a healing oasis of sound.

Sound Healing is all about vibration, resonance and intention. It strengthens the parasympathetic nervous system, tunes the glandular system and slows the brain waves down, creating conditions for deep relaxation and healing.
One to one healing session are £45 for forty minutes or £60 for an hour’s session. A sound healing one to one can also be combined with Angelic reiki. Details about angelic reiki healing
