One to one private sound bath healing sessions: £45 for forty five minutes for one person or £65 for two. A private sound bath healing one to one healing session is a deeply relaxing and simple experience, bring you back into a state of balance. I will use a variety of instruments, including singing bowl with its beautiful vibrations directly on the body for you to really benefit from it’s healing vibrations. I will also use tuning forks directly on the body to balance and ground, among many more benefits! In addition I use crystal singing bowls, gongs, drum, rainstick, hand pan, sansula, Koshi bells, flow chimes, hand pan and Native American flute as well as other instruments to bath you in a healing oasis of sound.
Sound Healing is all about vibration, resonance and intention. It strengthens the parasympathetic nervous system, tunes the glandular system and slows the brain waves down, creating conditions for deep relaxation and healing.
