All welcome including new students, adults and teens. Half an hour of complete guided relaxation. Perfect to de-stress and unwind and to do something great for your mental health and well being. Why not give yourself some quality relaxation time?
Each month I will be guiding a different style of meditation or mindfulness, in order for participants to experience a variety of relaxation styles, helping students to get a feel for which type of meditation and mindfulness suits them best.
Meditation and mindfulness has many benefits, so if you are curious and would like to experience an accessible and friendly class you would be very welcome to join us!
