Hatha Yoga and Yin yoga – A gentle yin and yang practice suitable for all levels including beginners, to promote peace and calm and inward reflection as well as creating a focused mind. The practice will include breathing, and a series of postures that promote general well-being as well as relaxation.
Meditation – I will lead you in rest, in a guided meditation. I will guide you into a state of harmony and restfulness. From here, we can experience healing, restore ourselves and awaken to our deep self. Giving your mind and body an extra window of deep relaxation enables us to enjoy a greater sense of well-being!
Sound bath – an immersion into the healing world of sound as I play various instruments around and over the body so you can feel the effects of these beautiful healing sound vibrations.

You will require:
A yoga mat to lie on (I will provide this if you don’t have one), a blanket (or duvet or sleeping bag if you wish), a pillow or cushion, and comfortable clothes. You may also wish to bring an eye pillow (I can also provide this if you wish to use one). Please bring as much as you think you might need to be relaxed and comfortable lying on the floor! Doors open 6:45pm pm for a 7pm start.
