I am often asked after sound baths which instrument is making which sound! A sound bath is all about focusing inwards and feeling and experiencing each of the sounds usually with the eyes closed, so there is not always the awareness of which instrument produces each sound. I have recorded below a series of videos showcasing my instruments to remedy this! As you will see and hear, each instrument has its own unique qualities and vibrations!

This is my walnut native american flute which has an earthtone and is tuned to 432 Hz in the key of A and is thus close to the sound of nature. These flutes date back to the early 1800s and hold a subtle form of musical communication. My flute has a rainbow moonstone cabochons and the geometric pattern that represents the 432 Hz sound frequency. It has a light and airy melodic earthy tone.
