Relax in the shade and connect with nature for a wonderful immersive relaxing Sound Bath experience in Houghton, weather permitting, just a 15 minute drive from Oadby off the A47 near Scraptoft. There is a LC7 bus which comes directly from Leicester and Uppingham with the bus stop situated immediately opposite my house. My garden is completely walled, private and not overlooked and is outside our grade two listed 1760 built house. The garden also has a 10 metre deep glass covered well. There will be refreshments afterwards should you wish to stay and settle before returning home.

Sound bath – I will guide you to relax into the beautiful healing sounds, helping to release stress and tension, and gently balancing you back into harmony effortlessly. I play various instruments around and over the body so you can feel the effects of these beautiful healing sound vibrations. You will then be bathed in the healing sounds of the Singing Bowl, Gong, Hand pan, Shamanic Drum, Sansula, Koshi Bells, and Rainstick and lots more. I will immerse you in a soothing soundscape, playing around and over the body so that the vibrations can be fully absorbed and appreciated whilst you lie down comfortably on your mat. Sound healing is an ancient art used for thousands of years for calming and tuning the mind while re-balancing the body by releasing tension and subtle energetic blockages. A sound bath is a deeply relaxing and simple yet profound way to connect with the centre of our being.
