We provide Meditation, Mindfulness and Well being sessions in Leicester, for businesses, schools and other organisations. These can be as a one off, a CPD for staff or regular sessions to provide a means for overall well being.
These Well being, mindfulness and meditation sessions include the following:
- Practical ideas on how to bring mindfulness into daily life
- Breathing exercises to calm the body and mind, a useful tool when dealing with anxiety or stress
- Short or longer meditations, which serve to provide much needed relaxation , a break from our busy lives, improved focus and concentration, and more restful sleep
We provide different styles of mindfulness, meditation and breathing techniques , in order for participants to experience a variety of tools, helping everyone to get a feel for which type of mindfulness, meditation and breathing styles is best for them.
As well as facilitating these practices, we also provide videos of some of the techniques so they can be brought into daily life.
