Sunshine and light can provide yoga, meditation and mindfulness sessions for businesses or organisations in the Leicester and the Leicestershire area. Mindfulness and meditation sessions can either be a one off or series of sessions for staff development or team building, or we can provide regular classes to improve employee overall health and well being. Sessions can be of any length, depending on time available and what might be required. Mindfulness and meditation can be targeted for specific goals or outcomes, for example overall well being, team building etc. We can also provide sound baths for businesses and organisations. Sessions can include one or all of the following:
- Mindfulness
- Meditation
- Breath work
- Relaxing sound based meditation
- Yoga nidra meditation
Or a combination of these. These Well being, mindfulness and meditation sessions include the following:
- Practical ideas on how to bring mindfulness into daily life
- Breathing exercises to calm the body and mind, a useful tool when dealing with anxiety or stress
- Short or longer meditations, which serve to provide much needed relaxation , a break from our busy lives, improved focus and concentration, and more restful sleep
We provide different styles of mindfulness, meditation and breathing techniques , in order for participants to experience a variety of tools, helping everyone to get a feel for which type of mindfulness, meditation and breathing styles is best for them.
As well as facilitating these practices, we can also provide videos of some of the techniques so they can be brought into daily life.
