Claudine runs yoga classes in Houghton on the Hill village hall or online, as follows:

Monday 10:30 am
Wednesday 7.15 pm – 8:45 pm

Prices are as follows:
£40 for 4 yoga classes over 4 consecutive weeks (in a row back to back, works out as £10 per class)
£12 drop in (attending as and when you wish, contacting me first to book your space.)

6 week half term block of classes in a row back to back £55.50 (which works out at £9.25 per class)

Choose at the end of your first class which payment you wish to make. Payment via links below or pay on the day by card or in cash.

Sunshine and light yoga classes involve yoga postures (asana), breathing exercises (pranayama), and relaxation and to promote a healthy body and a calm, focused mind. The postures aim to stretch out the body, improve strength and flexibility, as well as general fitness and health. The guided relaxation and mindfulness calms the body and mind. Classes are suitable for all levels, including beginners, with different postures offered to suit all.
